Build Systems, Not Wrappers
AI should monitor, interpret, prepare, warn, execute, review, or automate meaningful work. It should not exist as decoration on top of an ordinary application.
Ship the Entire Product
A useful product requires more than code. The interface, backend, data, infrastructure, deployment, access model, and user experience must work together.
Autonomy Requires Governance
The more authority an intelligent system receives, the more important its controls become. Risk limits, attribution, lifecycle states, monitoring, failure behavior, and operator intervention must be designed deliberately.
Learn From Production Reality
Logs, failed tests, user behavior, performance evidence, and operational friction are more valuable than assumptions.
Protect Builder and User Ownership
Identity, data, access, digital assets, memories, and reusable AI capabilities should remain portable whenever possible.
